Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms like TikTok, X, and YouTube. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall US.Watch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Active subscribers and administrators may expressly opt in from their profile to receive recurring automated missing-person alert text messages targeted to their saved location. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also manage alert texts from your profile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
