Facilitate interactions with third-party platforms (like posting content to TikTok on your behalf).

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers.

When using third-party integrations, relevant information will be shared with those platforms in accordance with their privacy policies to facilitate the requested features.

If you are the individual depicted in a US.Watch missing person alert, or are their legally authorized guardian, you may request the immediate deletion and permanent removal of all associated social media posts (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) and public notices.

🛡️ Verification Requirement (Selfie + Official ID):To safeguard vulnerable individuals and prevent unauthorized or malicious tampering with emergency missing-person alerts, our safety protocols strictly require verification of identity.

A clear, live selfie / current photo of the person depicted.
A photo of a government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Student ID).

Verification files are encrypted and restricted solely to approved US.Watch safety administrators for review. Submitting this request immediately dispatches a priority push notification to subscribed safety administrators.

Legal Certification: I declare under penalty of perjury and in good faith that I am the individual depicted (or their legally authorized guardian/counsel) and am requesting immediate deletion of all social media posts and public notices.

US.Watch has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page.
